Flaming nora
全く評判になっていない連載と思われる東大キッチンカーシリーズですが、マイブームなので気にせずにどんどん行くことにします。さて、第三弾はタイ料理のお店Flaming noraです。
メニューはカパオライスとグリーンカレーの二品のみ、おまけで一品副菜がつきます。本日は根菜のココナッツカレー炒めでした。どちらにするか迷ったあげくに結局スペシャルダブルセットを注文しました。
グリーンカレーは竹の子やナス、鶏肉などが入っており、コブミカンの葉も使った本格派です。結構辛いのですがココナッツミルクの甘さでマイルドに感じます。一方、カパオライスは豚挽肉をスパイシーに炒めた物の上にさらに温泉玉子、チリペッパー、そしてパクチーが載っていました。パクチーがエスニックな気分を引き立てますが、チリペッパーがマジで辛いので、グリーンカレーよりも辛い仕上がりとなっていました。ダブルセットはボリュームも十分でかなり食べ応えがありました。
